Seth’s Diablo dogs:
Any kind of hot dog, veggie or all-beef, or whatever
Can of kidney or pinto beans
Real or fake Chorizo
Peppers and onions, one time some rice
A bunch of spices
Bacon Bits
Cheese of any kind
Sour Cream
Yellow Mustard
Just make some chili out of the above ingredients along with the chorizo, then make your hot dogs, then put the mustard on the dog, then chili, then cheese and broil for a minute. Then sour cream and bacon bits. Drag it in salt, and enjoy.

What’s on your bar tab?
The most expensive Bourbon they’ll give us for free and the cheapest local-ish beer they have, like Schlitz or Lone Star or Old Style or Hamm’s or whatever garbage beer they have in like Cleveland.

What is the worst dish you have seen on a menu?
We had some pretty god awful burritos in Victoria, BC. They were basically just wet tortillas filled with some pretty meek bean soup and that’s it. Also, once we ate a Mexican restaurant in New Mexico that apparently did not have their fryer on and served us a bunch of uncooked, grease filled chimichangas and chips.

Favorite cocktail? How do you make it?
We like a Jack White- It’s Jack Daniels and Milk. I dreamed of it while I was in Mexico.

What’s the first food you eat when you get home from tour?
Hot chicken and catfish.

What food is on your backstage rider?
Pot, meat and something vegetarian.

What’s the weirdest thing you have eaten on tour?
Mushrooms. That always makes us feel pretty weird.

What’s the best food city and why?
Nashville. We’ve got awesome Mexican food, cheap hot chicken and catfish, great Jamaican food for some reason. Best of all every restaurant closes at 9, so if you’re hungry after some heavy drinking and doping you’re pretty much screwed.

Regular

Most shameful guilty pleasure?
I’d say it’s pretty hard to be ashamed of something we eat, we’ve got so much more to be ashamed of.

Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Raw?
One of is a vegetarian, but not a bad traveler or house guest, if you know what I mean.

What’s for breakfast?
For Wes I’d have to say bacon, scrambled eggs with cheese, hashbrowns with a ton of ketchup, and biscuits. Zack, the same thing except with cheese also on the hashbrowns, please, and no ketchup and maybe gravy with those biscuits. For Seth, coffee or with any luck, lunch instead of breakfast.

What food do you miss while on tour?
Real Mexican food. Mexican food just about anywhere outside of Nashville and actual Mexico is seriously shitty. Especially in the Southwest.

Favorite food truck?
The Tyson food trucks you see on the interstate. Have you had your Tyson today?

Best non-alcoholic drink?
Coke. The only thing that cures a hangover.

Spicy or Mild?
We call it hot. Hot.

What’s for dessert ?
Coke n’ a Smoke

Best fast food?
Chick-Fil-A or In-N-Out Burger.

Not really. Not home enough.

Both. Depends on the city.

Cream only. And it’d better be cream, not 2% or some kind of Coffee-Mate shit.

Do you like to cook?
Yes, usually stoned.

Valentina’s or Tapatio

Popcorn, Zack Style: Microwaved, then add chili powder if you’re feelin’ an adventure comin’ on.

Do you eat for pure taste or nutritional value?
Oh we ONLY eat for nutritional value. And we ONLY have sex for procreation.

What do you eat before you hit the stage?
Hopefully something free.

If your sound had a taste, what would it taste like?
Pot brownies, but kinda savory ones.

Do any of your songs conjure thoughts of food?
Uh, I don’t….. uh, think so…
